1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:

Used, installed, or altered spare parts

Electrical and electronic items (unless faulty on arrival)

Items marked as “non-returnable” or on special order

Products returned without original packaging or accessories
3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order Cancellations

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return request.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
