Shipping policy
At AutomanPK, we aim to deliver your automotive spare parts safely, quickly, and reliably across Pakistan.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities / rural areas: 3–7 working days
Delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or may vary based on product weight and location.
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders above a specific amount (if applicable).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan. However, COD availability may depend on courier service coverage in your region.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, delivery becomes their responsibility. However, we will fully assist you in case of delays or issues.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. AutomanPK is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
