Meguiar's Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer G15816 473ml

Restore the appearance of faded exterior trim with Meguiar’s Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer G15816 473ml. This hand-applied trim restorer is designed for suitable non-painted exterior plastic, vinyl and rubber, helping dull, grey-looking trim look darker and glossier while providing UV protection against premature fading and weathering.

For drivers in Pakistan, strong sunlight, dust, rain and frequent washing can make exterior trim look tired. Ultimate Black helps refresh compatible trim on cars, SUVs and other vehicles without complicated equipment. The fast-drying, non-greasy formula is designed to resist streaking when treated surfaces get wet, and its refreshed appearance can last for weeks depending on surface condition, preparation and exposure.

Key Features and Benefits

• Refreshes faded trim: Helps improve the appearance of dull, weathered non-painted exterior plastic, vinyl and rubber.
• Rich dark finish: Adds darkness and shine to compatible black or dark trim.
• UV protection: Helps defend exterior trim against sunlight-related fading and aging.
• Designed for durability: The refreshed appearance is made to withstand rain and normal washing and may last for weeks.
• Fast-drying, non-greasy feel: Designed to dry quickly and resist streaking when wet, when used as directed.
• Easy hand application: Apply a small amount with a suitable applicator and wipe away excess.

What Can You Use Meguiar’s Ultimate Black On?

Suitable applications include compatible non-painted exterior bumpers, mouldings, door handles, wheel-arch trim, grille trim, rear-view mirror housings, windshield cowlings and exterior rubber or vinyl trim. Always test an inconspicuous area first and follow the directions printed on the product label.

Why Use a Plastic Trim Restorer?

When exterior plastic fades from sun exposure and weather, it can make an otherwise clean vehicle look older. A dedicated trim restorer helps improve the appearance of these areas and adds UV protection. It is a cosmetic maintenance product, not a permanent repair for cracked, damaged or structurally deteriorated plastic.

How to Apply

1. Wash and dry: Remove dirt and residue from the trim and let it dry fully.
2. Choose the right conditions: Work in the shade on a cool surface, away from direct sunlight.
3. Shake the bottle: Follow the label instructions before use.
4. Apply sparingly: Put a small amount on a clean foam or microfiber applicator, or a suitable cotton towel.
5. Spread evenly: Work the product into the trim using overlapping strokes.
6. Remove excess: Wipe residue off the treated area and nearby surfaces with a clean towel.
7. Check the finish: Allow it to dry as directed. Heavily weathered trim may need additional applications as permitted by the label.

Surface Compatibility and Safety

• Do not apply to glass, painted body panels, clear plastic, leather, tyre tread, motorcycle or bicycle seats, or pedals.
• Keep it away from steering wheels, pedals, brake components and other surfaces where slipperiness could create a safety risk.
• Avoid overspray or transfer onto nearby paint and glass; wipe off accidental residue promptly.
• Test on an inconspicuous area first, and follow all precautions on the physical bottle.
• Keep out of reach of children and store as directed on the label.
